'Fabric of Time' is a snapshot of my suburban nature walks around Wellington. The myriad shapes, forms, and hues of flora never fail to inspire me. With that being said, I wanted to experiment with different perspectives and enhance the tranquillity of immersing oneself in nature. I got the idea of a flowy style from how the Wellington wind affects the fabrics of my clothing, and so I encapsulated the breezy nature. The microbial visual motifs across the work are a nod to the connection between studying biology and paying attention to the flora.
